On Saturday, January 22nd, 2011, Flying Pigs Farm will present a workshop at the NOFA-NY annual conference, titled “Saving Rare Breeds One Pork Chop at a Time.” During this session, farm owners Mike Yezzi and Jen Small will lead a nose to tail discussion of raising and marketing rare breed pigs outdoors.
